  Michael Styring helped us find the perfect rental investment property in Hawaii. He was very responsive right from the start, even though we lived numerous time zones away. He sent us numerous potential properties before our visit, and then spent hours with us each day of our visit until we found the perfect place for us. He was always ready with documentation about each location, and his local expertise helped inform the visits. He drove us to our areas of interest on Oahu and even knew how to avoid the tourist parades that popped up twice during the visit. Once we had decided on a location, he also referred us to excellent professionals to help us finish the deal. He and his new associate Lisa were very efficient and helpful as we moved through the paperwork process to the final closing. We’ll continue to do business with Mike as we move to the property management stage next. Mike is the most reliable and helpful agent in Hawaii. We wish we could add a sixth star!
